Surf Life Saving Sydney Branch is excited to present a Leadership Development Day for aspiring Club Leaders aged 18–23 years. This dynamic and engaging full-day program has been designed to inspire the next generation of leaders within our movement through a combination of inspiration, camaraderie, purpose, and challenge.
Participants will hear from a range of recognised and respected leaders from across our Branch and the broader community, gaining valuable insights into leadership, teamwork, communication, and personal growth. The day will be highly interactive, encouraging attendees to connect with like-minded members, challenge themselves, and develop the skills and confidence required to make a positive impact within their clubs and beyond.
