Inclusion and Diversity
Find out how we welcome everyone into Surf Life Saving
Surf Life Saving Sydney respects and acknowledges the traditional custodians across all the lands on which we live, work and patrol, and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We recognise that First Nations peoples have much to teach our organisation about the stories and significance of place stretching back many thousands of years which we now occupy in our surf lifesaving activities. Surf Life Saving Sydney also recognises how our voice and position in the community can help to expand on opportunities for membership for First Nations peoples and support the next generation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to further develop our inclusive community of volunteer surf lifesavers, employment and procurement opportunities.
